In Spring 2025 I was the Graduate Assistant for Deborah Stratmans Art 270 Sound Sorcery class at UIC Art and I got the amazing opportunity to produce this irreverent and weird radio show featuring the students of the class, including myself, because I not only was an assistant but I took the class as well. It was broadcasted multiple times on the legendary low powered fm radio station, Lumpen Radio, WLPN 105.5 FM in Chicago. All 19 artists are named in the program for each of their sound works. My piece is titled, “US POVERTY 40 MILLION”, I included 3 original musical interludes, and I worked collaboratively with team curation, team mixing, and mastered the final delivered file.
